Jet Infrastructure tasked me with developing a market entry strategy to expand their aviation fuel infrastructure services into a new U.S. market, specifically targeting Atlanta, GA. I created a strategic presentation that outlined the company’s value proposition, competitive advantages, and the unique market opportunity ATL presents. Key elements included:
Market Analysis: I provided data on ATL's passenger traffic, economic impact, and infrastructure growth potential, emphasizing the high demand for fuel services due to Delta Air Lines’ hub and regional population growth.
Strategic Approach: Proposed an entry strategy focused on stakeholder identification, targeted outreach, relationship-building, local partnerships, and establishing an on-ground presence in Atlanta.
Value Proposition: Highlighted Jet Infrastructure's benefits, including cost efficiency, sustainability, and operational reliability, to align with prospective partners’ priorities.
Through this project, I created a concise, actionable roadmap that enables Jet Infrastructure to strategically approach and grow their presence in Atlanta’s dynamic aviation market.
In addition to developing a market entry strategy for Atlanta, I also created a standardized presentation template with Jet Infrastructure's branding for company-wide use. This template provides a cohesive, professional design that aligns with Jet’s brand identity and supports consistent messaging across all presentations. It includes branded slides for company overview, value proposition, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives, enabling teams to effectively communicate Jet Infrastructure’s offerings and expansion goals.
Overall, this project delivered both a targeted market entry plan for Atlanta and a versatile, branded presentation tool to support Jet Infrastructure's broader communication and growth objectives.
